Perkins Planning Commission was established to help direct the future development of the City of Perkins and to encourage social and economic improvement in accordance with modern city planning principles, and to insure orderly, efficient and economic arrangement and development of future public works projects. Perkins Planning Commission and Floodplain Board consist of five (5) citizens who are appointed to serve by the Perkins City Commission.
