City Hall Lobby to Reopen Monday, May 3, 2021
The City Hall lobby will reopen to the public on Monday, May 3, 2021. Precautions continue so as to ensure core services for Perkins residents are not interrupted. Please observe social distancing in our lobby area. For those who prefer to avoid contact, services via telephone, email, or use of our dropbox will continue.

How do I take care of business I have with the City?
May 1, 2020 -- Business hours are 8 a.m. to noon, and 1 - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. City Hall remains closed to entry, but business can be conducted via the intercom and drop box.
For your safety, please continue to conduct as much business via mail, email, and website as possible. Our staff are available to answer questions via email or telephone 405-547-2445 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
What about the paperwork?
Most of the forms needed will be located on our Perkins Forms web page. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please call our offices and we can email, fax, or mail forms to you.
How do I make payments?
Mail your payment to PO Box 9, Perkins, OK 74059, or you may utilize the drop box located just north of the front door to City Hall (110 N. Main St.) at any hour.
We encourage you to enroll in automatic bank draft, or ACH, which will allow your utility bill to be debited from your bank account each month on the due date. To enroll in ACH, please fill out the ACH Authorization Form (PDF) and return it to City Hall with a voided check.
